If you have my Track Data Utilities package then you're familiar with the Cycle Insert and Sends scripts. This package expands the abilities of those scripts. Everything should be pretty self explanitory.
One thing to keep in mind is that the scripts cycles inserts and sends on a selected track only . If no track is selected and a plugin window is open then it will NOT cycle the open plugin and wil ask you to select a track.
When executing certain scripts in the Mix window (Bypass, make active/INactive) the window will temporarily flash from Mix to Edit and back again. This is the expected behavior. Most SF commands are designed for the Edit window so a switch to it from the mix window is neccesary.
When toggling the state of sends or inserts on multiple tracks, the result will be based on the state of the first insert or send of the first selected track.

Please note that I'm using a PC keyboard and the 'help/insert' key on a PC Keyboard have a different label on an Apple keyboard (I believe it's called 'Fn').
